Wow! So glad you like the site and the recipes. I love getting comments especially ones like yours. Enjoy. I’m right smack dab in the middle of moving but will be posting some more recipes soon. The new place has a fig tree and an olive tree so later in the fall there will be recipes on curing olives, making fig jam and empanadas and other goodies.

I have to admit that I make a horrible Spanish rice, so I haven’t made one in quite awhile. My son says it’s too sticky-wet. LOL So, when I need some rice for my meal, I just make fideo or get it from a restaurant. I’d like to give it another go though. Maybe I’ll try your Arroz con Pollo.
Have I said how much I enjoy your site yet?

I haven’t made arroz con pollo in a very long time, and when I did make it, I used a recipe from a magazine. Thanks for posting this. It will be a lovely recipe to try — and yes! I have it bookmarked.
